1. Money-Back Guarantee
- We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for first-time customers on VPS, Dedicated, and Cloud Hosting plans.
- Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the initial purchase.
- After 7 days, refunds will not be issued.
2. Non-Refundable Services
The following services are not eligible for refunds:
- Domain name registrations, renewals, and transfers.
- SSL certificates.
- Add-ons, custom configurations, and software licenses.
- Any service upgrades or additional features purchased separately.
3. Eligibility for Refunds
- Refunds are only applicable for first-time purchases. If you have previously canceled and repurchased a service, you will not be eligible for a refund.
- Your account must comply with TurnVPS’s Terms of Service and must not be suspended or terminated due to a violation of our policies.
- If you request a refund, your service will be immediately terminated, and all data associated with it will be permanently deleted.
4. How to Request a Refund
- Submit a refund request via our support ticket system or email us at support@turnvps.com within the refund period.
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days using the original payment method.
5. Late or Missing Refunds
- If you have not received your refund after 10 business days, please check with your payment provider.
- Contact us at support@turnvps.com if you need further assistance regarding your refund status.
6. Changes to the Refund Policy
TurnVPS reserves the right to update or modify this refund policy at any time. Changes will be reflected on our website, and continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the revised policy.
